Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions contract or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Mumbai, India.
Technology used on EasyDMC.com belongs to Travelops Technologies LLP. The company reserves the right to shut down EasyDMC.com as a portal/website at any given point of time without any prior notice to the User. It also reserves the right to change or discontinue at any given point of time any aspect or feature of this site, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and information needed for access or use.
The User agrees to be financially and ethically responsible for-
The User also warrants that all information supplied by him or members of his staff in using this website is true and accurate. They agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communication that EasyDMC.com provides to him electronically or by post satisfy any legal requirements that communications be in writing.
EasyDMC.com primarily acts as a mediator between the User and the service recipient (in this case, a travel agent). It does not take any responsibility or guarantee towards the efficiency or genuineness of the service recipient and as such will not entertain any complaints regarding non-fulfillment or lapse of commitment from the recipient.
The User is expected to adhere to the cancellation, refund and booking policy set by themselves at the time of undertaking a booking. The User is also expected to discharge their services in a timely and efficient manner. All communication with the recipient is to be kept in writing on email in case of a dispute later.
EasyDMC.com does not accept payment on behalf of the recipient to be forwarded to the User. It is the sole responsibility of the User to communicate payment details and deadline to the recipient, collect payment and acknowledge receipt of the same.
EasyDMC.com being a mediator between the User and the service recipient will not entertain any complaints regarding non-fulfillment or lapse of payment from the recipient.
The User is expected to communicate the Cancellation and Refund Policy to the service recipient (travel agent) on the website before taking a booking and adhere to it in case of a cancellation.
EasyDMC.com may display reviews, comments and other material in relation to hotels as well as other holiday and travel experiences ("Reviews"). EasyDMC.com may also offer a facility allowing Users and service recipients of this website to post Reviews on this platform. The User disclaims any proprietary rights they may have in such Reviews, and the same may be freely used, copied, distributed and made available in any medium and in any form by EasyDMC.com or its affiliates without the User’s permission. Where this posting facility is offered, the User expressly agrees only to submit Reviews that are appropriate to that service, complying with these terms and conditions and also any accompanying guidelines made available on this website.
EasyDMC.com does not edit Reviews or User Reviews submitted and to the fullest extent permitted by law will not be in any way responsible or liable for such Reviews or their subsequent posting, use or distribution. In addition, EasyDMC.com does not verify, endorse or approve the views or comments expressed in any Reviews which are the personal views of the individuals submitting them. Any decisions made on the basis of reviews or comments appearing on the service are taken at their own risk.

The descriptions of the hotels on our site are given in good faith. EasyDMC.com does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. Please note that hotels may withdraw a facility temporarily or permanently. Any act or omission by hotels in any respect is beyond our control and we do not accept any liability for the same.
We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events.
